YVX Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping options within the United States, and the estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days after the order has been processed.
Shipping Methods We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver your orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. YVX is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages YVX is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim. We will assist in any way possible, but the carrier will ultimately be responsible for resolving the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. YVX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address was provided, please contact us immediately at tristan@yvxmarket.com. We will do our best to assist you, but once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
